Registration for Semestrial Courses
Registration for Semestrial Courses 2025-2026 semester 1 (september – december 2025) : from april 01st to may 27, 2025 HERE.
A Certificate of admission is to be downloaded and printed during your online registration and after payment (refundable if visa refusal).
This document will allow you to obtain a student visa at the French Embassy in your country.
In addition to their registration for admission, unless they are already in France, candidates from the countries below must apply to Espace Campus France through an online process: Algeria, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Chad, Chile, China, Colombia, Comoros, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Gabon, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Peru, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States, Vietnam.

French Consulates will not issue student visas to candidates who have not completed this process.
Registrations will close when there are no more available slots.
Required documents:
- One ID
- Certified diplomas translated by a sworn translator attesting that you meet the conditions required to enter university in your home country (the equivalent of the French baccalauréat and for countries like Japan, the certificate of admission to university), accompanied by the original,
- A french level certificate (TCF, DELF/DALF, DU, TEF). If you do not have a french level certificate, you will receive, at the beginning of the registration process, the informations to pass an online language test so we can determine the class level that is best suited for you.
Registration fees:
To be paid online during the registration process.
Fees for 2025-2026:
Year (semester 1 + semester 2)*: 2200€
Semester (semester 1 or semester 2): 1100€

*Registration for the year 2024-2025 semester 1+semester 2 (from September to June): You will have to send us a request by email after you have received your admission letter for the September semester.
Refund Policy

- In the event of cancellation before July 9, 2025, a handling fee of 150€ will be retained.
- In the event of cancellation after July 9, 2025, the fees will be refunded on presentation of the “visa refusal notification” from the embassy or a certificate of enrollment in another degree-awarding higher education program, (corresponding to the semester(s) for which you registered) with a processing fee of 150€ withheld. 50% refund in all other cases.
- In the event of cancellation after the start of the course, partial reimbursement is possible by decision of CIREFE management. The student must provide proof of the reason for the request.
No requests for refunds will be considered after the end of the second week of the course.
